How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Kk-Notes → Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open Kk-Notes → tap the profile icon → scroll to the bottom → tap 'Delete Account'. All your data is permanently deleted immediately.

My AI credits ran out. What do I do?

AI credits reset each billing cycle. You can also upgrade to Pro for more credits, or wait for the next reset.

Can I restore my purchases on a new device?

Yes. Open the app → tap the profile icon → tap 'Go Pro' → tap 'Restore Purchases' on the paywall screen.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
